Mills Elementary Summer Art Camp

Mills art teachers are offering 2 weeks of art camp. Camp will be taught by Mills’ very own art teachers, Mrs. O’Neal and Ms. Hedler. Students will create a variety of artworks using materials such as clay, watercolor, paper, pastels, paint, shrinky dinks, printmaking. and a whole lot more! Click here to view the flyer.

Small Middle School Summer STEAM Camp

Parents, if you’re looking for an active and engaging camp to keep your child(ren)’s minds active over the summer months, then CSMS STEAM Camp is the place to be. We offer 5 different weeks of STEM focused activities, taught by CSMS teachers, designed to enrich and challenge campers of all ages. Each camp has a swimming day at Deep Eddy, a fun field trip, healthy lunch served daily, two snacks per day, and extended early drop off/late pick up hours at no extra cost. Oak Hill Elementary Camp Bluebonnet

Spend a fun-filled week with next year's Texas Bluebonnet Award nominees through reading, exploring, and creating.  By the end of the week, campers will be qualified to vote for their favorite Bluebonnet nominee.  This camp is for incoming 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students.  The camp is held at Oak Hill Elementary and will be led by Mills Librarian, Norma Stovall and Oak Hill Librarian, Stacey Underwood.  Sign up using this form.

Bowie High School Cheer Summer Camp

Come and join the nationally recognized James Bowie High School Cheerleaders as they host a four-day camp for girls and boys entering PK/Kindergarten through Eighth Grade. It will be held Monday, July 16 - Thursday, July 19, 2018. Due to construction at Bowie High School this summer, the camp will be held at Gorzycki Middle School.

Paramount Theatre summer camp at Baldwin Elementary

Summer Camp at the Paramount encourages young people to explore acting, singing, dancing, creative writing, production design, and performance. Best of all, every camper will be featured in a final show ON-STAGE at the historic Paramount Theatre!  Click here to view the web site.

Summer Playgrounds Program

Summer Playgrounds is a free drop-in program run by the City of Austin for children to participate in fun, supervised, outdoor activities during the summer months. Click here to view the web site.

Coding with Kids Summer Camps

For more information on camp descriptions, locations, schedules and registration, check out: CodingWithKids.com/Austin-Camps.  Offering a wide variety of programs for every child 5 to 18 years old!  From Little Coders camps for early readers to Game Development in Scratch to advanced programming in Javascript and Python, the choices are yours!  We also offer a great intro to robotics camp where kids learn how to build and code robotics components using Arduino kits, as well as a variety of camps based on Minecraft and Roblox.  Summer camps are a great way to try and learn new things, so do not hesitate to sign your child up for multiple weeks of coding fun!  Each type of camp will present new projects and coding tricks each week.
