The Mills PTA is a very active group of parents that are dedicated to ensuring that our kids have the best elementary school experience. The PTA hosts many fun events throughout the school year, such as Holidays Around the World, Mills Amazing Race, and Family Nights to celebrate our diverse community, promote health and fitness, and create family engagement opportunities. The PTA also actively FUNdraises with Fall Festival and Spring Silent Auction to help financially support projects and programs that enhance Mills’ students, staff and overall community such as additional copiers, technology equipment, and Literacy Programs. Purchases used for school improvements include new waterhog mats, landscaping needs, and Pre-K playground equipment. Volunteers also mount the students’ artwork that line our hallways and front office.
We are always looking for additional volunteers and welcome all participation. We have roles of varying sizes and to match different schedules. We can also help match a role or committee to your areas of interest.
